The Service Code is used for verification. It allows us to ensure that we only provide information about your account to you.
Where can I find my Service Code?
You can find your Service Code:
- in the user menu under “Settings”
- on the homepage in the “Subscriptions & Service Code” section
When is the Service Code required?
For certain requests to our customer support team, we require your Service Code to verify that you are the account holder.
When contacting us via:
- Support chat
- Phone
please always provide the following information:
- Your username
- The email address associated with your account
- Your current Service Code
